Platform Mare & Foal Horse Feed meets the very demanding
nutritional needs of lactating mares and growing young horses.
With 16% high-quality protein, this fat-rich diet provides the
nutrition mares need to produce premium milk while maintaining
their own health. Essential amino acids plus a balance of vitamins
and minerals ensures a sound nutritional base for growing foals
through their first year of life. Just feed with quality hay or
pasture for complete nutrition.
Directions:
Feed Platform Mare & Foal Horse
Feed at the rate of 0.5 to 1.25 lbs per 100 lbs of bodyweight,
adjusting amount fed depending on body condition desired and activity
level of the horse. A good quality hay or pasture should be fed
in addition to the above concentrate. Forage should comprise at
least 50% of the daily diet. Plenty of clean, fresh water should
be provided at all times.

Wheat middlings, wheat flour, corn distillers dried grains, rice
bran, molasses, dehydrated alfalfa meal, ground corn, soybean oil,
dehulled soybean meal, calcium carbonate, calcium lignin sulfonate,
salt, dried beet pulp, flaxseed, calcium propionate, L-lysine,
saccharomyces cerevisiae, ascorbic acid, DL-alpha tocopheryl aceate,
copper sulfate, beta carotene, cyanocobalamin, riboflavin, nicotinic
acid, DL-methionine, D-alphatocopheryl acetate, calcium pantothenate,
choline chloride, vitamin A acetate, manganous oxide, zinc oxide,
calcium iodate, magnesium oxide, manganese methionine complex,
ferrous sulfate, cholecalciferol, copper lysine complex, mineral
